I've seen that guy on there so many times the last year or so.....
I wouldn't worry to much. When things go down, the media digs these guys up and they all say....."we told you so". The fact is there is someone out there predicting the market will go back to 9000 and there are those saying 5000, SOMEONE will be right, and rest assured, CNBC will look them up for you.

Yep, I don't doubt it. Acumpoca (sp) said if we don't hold 7400 on the DOW we were going to 6500. That was last night on the Nightly Business Report.
Tonight a TA guy said we were having a bounce today before the market determined a new direction. Or something like that??? The commentator said; That is about as polite as you can get for saying the big hedge fund is unwinding their positions.

The short covering this afternoon going into the weekend surprised me. I thought they would have been getting out starting yesterday. No telling what might happen next week, next month, or next year.

There are people that will tell you the Y2K computer bug is going to crash the world financial institutions. I don't think so.

Bear markets last an average of seven months. If you have long term solid stocks, no big deal.
