Preston, The file I sent you has the prices offset 1 row from HD to MMM. Delete it! The corrected file is unwfixed.xls and will be in your mail box in about 5 minutes. It has all the correct closing prices as of 9/25/98. We can use it as the unweighted S&P 500 benchmark.

BTW Preston, good to have you back. I have the S&P500 (weighted index) down 5.8% the first two weeks and the pnf125-basic is down 7.9%. I suspect that when the unweighted portfolio starts outperforming the weighted portfolio we will see the first shift away from the mega-caps. We'll see.
