<<Do you want this to be the standard for all Presidents? How about Congress? How about Conservatives?>>

How about every citizen!!! The President, Congress, everyone should not be allowed to lie under oath no matter what the question is!!! There's not one set of laws for the average "Joe" and one set of laws for the President!!! Every one tells the truth under oath or you get punished for it!!! Clinton should be number 116 on the list:

209.67.114.212

Welcome back Bob. Happy hour must be over. Glad you are finally starting to get it. But, a little clarification for about the 20th time, He pointed his finger in your face and lied, he is still lying, you know he is lying, he knows you know he is lying, he is counting on you going along with his lying because he thinks you are too weak and dependant on him to do anything about it.

He is in office because of the support that he asked for and got from the American people. This support is underwritten by a social contract of trust. He violated it. He crossed a personal line with me. Impeachment? That wasn't my idea. I don't vote republican. It is not his private personal affair. He made it public. He made it personal. He wasn't forced to lie to my face and yours. No one is forcing him to continue. It just happens to be the way he deals with pressure from his enemies and the innocent people who once supported him get caught in his cross fire. Our support is based on him holding the trust we gave him in tact. I am withdrawing mine. I am not aware of any other President going to such lengths to convince me of their honesty while doing such a marvelous job of lying to my face.

I don't care how he leaves the office. My position has always been that he should resign. I don't want to have to depend on someone that I can't trust peronally to run the highest executive office of the most powerful country in the world.

Yes my attitude goes for Him, other presidents, congressmen, families, neighbors, coworkers, acquaintences, etc.

By the way, that jbe guy doesn't like people like you on public threads.

I appreciate you returning the focus to the real issue of this board. Keep up the good work.
