James, thanks for that insight re speculators vs. owners. I will bear it in mind. i did notice that there is not nearly as much volatility in berkshire and only a miniscule number of shares traded by comparison. i guess Dell is Wall st.'s "darling"-- with all the risks you enumerate. i will live with the volatility to get a 100% return YTD. I will try to be careful.

dell insider owner ship 23% dell dropped. 68% from it's hi
ko iinsider 22.94 ko dropped 66% from it's hi.
intel insider 7%

how can ko 41pe be justfied compared to dell's 58pe compare to growth in earning...

frankly, i have been wanting to buy KO for a long time but I am still scared of KO. KO and intel have not gone any where for a year..

how to you arrive at 25 number? please look at this chart.
