A Canadian?Why,what is the inference?

<speaking of corruption> 1998 Correction Perception Index.

Puff Daddy:

Since you brought the subject up I thought this recently published report by Transparency International might help shed some light on the matter.

The index is based on a scale of 1-10, 1 being the most corrupt and
10 being the least.

According to this report:-
The least corrupt country in the world is DENMARK taking the No.1 position with a score of 10.

The most corrupt among the lot is CAMEROON (85th and last on the list) with a score of 1.4

Other interesting facts:
U.S.A- position No.17 with a score of 7.5 after Hong Kong.
CANADA faired better and is No.6 with a score of 9.2
India is No.66 with a score of 2.9

If anybody is interested they can join Transparency International based in Berlin,Germany) for the fight against corruption irrespective of where they live,I think.

Anyway here is the URL for their web-site, I thought the report is worth reading as everybody is affected by this menacing problem one way or the other.
