Help!!! I recently upgraded my Zoom modem from 34k to 56k and then upgraded on line to the V90 standard. The upgrades appeared to go smoothly. As part of the upgrade you have to uninstall the modem after the upgrades and then reinstall the modem. Hence my problem! When I tried to reinstall, my computer could not locate it. When I tried to install manually rather than plug and play, my modem is not on the list. Can anyone that has experienced this offer some advice?
