SoftQuad will need to update softquadintl.com perhaps they will provide their intent to relist NASDAQ when they do...it should be noted that it was the Rabins' intent to work the street [road shows] pursuant to [expected] Q4 numbers...they represented they were seeking a new set of analysts given their new focus on children's video game console edutainment and home PC productivity/entertainment...this simply is no longer realistic given NASDAQ delisting...accordingly, the shareholders require a timely update from management as to their short-term objectives in that regard...unfortunately, of which, was not provided in friday's late release...
