G'day all - dear Razor, yes, I mean the common holders. Unfortunately, that includes the original founder, who is the real Hayes and who has jumped through loops to keep the company. My suspicion is that most creditors at this point will demand cash on delivery. So, that leads to my guess that the deb holders will have the majority of the spoil. More important, with the current business environment in general and the lo margin cut throat [does that remind you of your B school days? <hee hee>] segment of the modem business in particular, IMHO, there is real concern about its business viability also. best, Bosco
