Last Friday I sold everything and last night I bought everything back. Sold CSCO at 53.5 and bought it back at 46+. I sold last week because I saw all my stash bleeding away. I bought last night because of the large volumes the day before. It feels real good to be back in the market big time. Time will tell though.

My experience is that Cisco is very fair in giving out stock option and cash bonus every year: it directly/proportionally depends on the employee's performance. And only fulltime/permanent employees are eligible for stock options. I believe that many Cisco employees go for long term and therefore the possibility of the whole company cashing out at the same time is ZERO.
And you are right, Cisco gives very good incentive to its employees.
