Glenn and Mark: Do either of you guys regularly scan the front page of WSJ, because at least in my east coast edition, this week had a story about what a monumental flop Citibank's (and Visa's) cashless cards experiment was in Manhattan -- 90% of the customers (or was it vendors, or both) stopped using them ... i'm not sure that we're going cashless so soon. It probably will happen but these things always take time (sort of like amzn's taking over the US economy) and you both forget, imho, what total outliers we amzn-board addicts are -- we are most definitely NOT representative of the US population as a whole.
