GLM vs ESV ?

Any opinions out there re the risk/reward of GLM vs ESV ?

I own both and am going to sell one to buy the other (to generate a tax loss and focus my shallow water exposure into just one co.).

If crude demand stays down, which will suffer more ?

If the shallow drilling market picks up again, which will benefit more ?

I'm leaning towards keeping putting all shallow eggs into the GLM basket, due to low debt ratio amongst other things. But ESV has had a far greater percentage drop so maybe it would bounce higher in a recovery (?). Simplistic, I admit.

Thanks in advance for any responses.
