Wireless I looked a little deeper there at that site and your supposition was right. The owner of #123 also owns #127, and #131. Owner Name : JDC/CAD LP Owner Address : 8502 PINEHURST GROVE CT HUMBLE TX 77346-1709 (JDC CAC same address owns #133.) Card 2 of the parcels shown as part of the 123 Wilson address shows that the building at 127 is a Metallic warehouse structure with 3744 sq feet. Apparently there are two multi use offices buildings attached to the warehouse that have 212 sq feet each. The warehouse is 15' high, the office portions are 9' high. 207.80.106.4 It is located on the Parcel Map as the parcel that has 21D in it (Notice the suffix part of the account number of the adjacent parcel). This lot is 140'x230'. As you note it abuts residential parcels to the south and east. hcad.org It is likely that the A address is just one of those office buildings. But overall not a lot of space for a company that is the "third largest" of anything. It would appear that they are indeed leasing the space.
