Jenna: You should contact(cleanair@en.com) Bob Frey(a.k.a. cleanair) who runs Allstocks.com. He may be able to set up your SI thread on an autorefresh which I am sure would be very convenient for all involved. Here is one he has setup which I use. The format is very flexible in terms of refresh rates(1min, 4 min, 30 min.etc). allstocks.com Cheers!
