Rich, I've had some experience with class action lawsuits. I lost about $100 on another stock. The settlement was for 10% of the loss. I didn't think that it was worth filling out the form for $10 but my wife talked me into it anyway. Many months later, I received a check in the mail for just over $1. After the lawyers took their cut and other expenses were paid, I ended up with a buck!

Even if BICO loses bigtime on a shareholder lawsuit, there will be nothing for shareholders after the lawyers are paid and other creditors are paid off.

Also, if this weren't bad enough, you are not eligible to be part of the lawsuit unless you bought your stock BEFORE the last FDA hearing and did not sell until the day after the hearing. I sold my shares on the day of the hearing because of the PPG article. I'm not eligible!

Your best hope is for FDA approval and for BICO to sell a LOT of the diasensors.

Regards, Tom
