Unfortunately, I don't have any info. other than what I have read on Yahoo. This company has been in a rut since the 2nd Q (I think). There were times when it actually moved up to 3 1/8 ths or so, but lately it has been mired around the 2 1/8 level. Now it has succumbed to falling below the $2 level. It will be interesting to see what their earnings are for this quarter.

Good revenue increases qtr to qtr. Did not absorb acquisitions well. Need to reduce debt. Big disappointment a couple of quarters ago when it became apparent that the transition of the acquired companies was a struggle. I watched the stock go from 4 to 17 down to 2. Good buyout target. Big question: Can they keep the debt in check until they get the operating issues from the acquisitions ironed out. If so, they have some powerful revenue numbers for a stock trading in the 2's. Gotta make money though - they were on track until one of the last acquisitions. If they can't make it - the creditors will get their money first so there is a risk there. Looks positive to me though. The 45,000 share purchase says someone thinks they are ready to get their house in order. Creeping up through the 2's nicely. Just my opinion - read the last few financial statements to form your own.
