Simon,

The Diamond info shows that they shipped 25% V2 of 2Q which is about what they had left over from 2Q anyway. By their own addmission they halted inventory purchases for almost the entire quarter. Since Diamond represented 24M in revenue last quarter, we can kinda chop that part off. :-O (They probably bought some, but minimal purchases only given they have NO inventory.) Now we are already down to 34M in revenue. Chop 25% of for slagging sales to others and we get about 26M. Banshee is a big random factor because of the OEM's but I'll call it 10M which brings us back up to 36M. My guess is that GM will be about 40% now that Banshee is in the game so gross profit will be about 14M. Take off about 20M off (new add campaign) and our deficit number is...

a loss of 6 million or 36 cents.

But to be honest, it doesn't matter. It's all history and the only part of last quarter that matters is how it bears on this quarter. The number can be -.01 to -.75 and I don't think the stock would budge an inch either way except on forward looking statements.
