I took a look a the DJ using weekly data and a 5 period moving
average and a 13 week moving average. It seems to indicate (to me)
that a MACD "buy" signal should occur in the next two weeks.

Also I have been experimenting with the crossing of the 3 period
RSI and the 14 period RSI. If they cross above a value of 50 then
it also seems to indicate an "up" period. This also seems to
indicate a "buy" sometime in the next period or two.
