ABTX. Interesting findings. Lady, strongly cash flow negative not positive for the last three years. Cash flows from operations and investment activities are negative. This by itself does not indicate the company is a short. Short interest is significant BUT this guy Rice (see below) is the VP of research and he just bought 100,000 shares. I pretty much doubt he is on dope or that he is trying to pull some kind of scam. My guess is that it is likely he knows something we don't. In times when insiders in general are selling like hell such a commitment stands out. Just a little homework that indicates this puppy is not a good short. It may be a good long but that would take some serious research before I put any $$$ in this market. The take over hypothesis looks interesting...
