You guys are forgetting one very important point.

Stock price has Zero to do with going out of business.

ANCR has virtually NO DEBT and now has CASH. They
are not going out of business no matter what the Reg D
guys do at this point.

We do have dilution, but you have to look at Market Cap
and buy this company based on future Revs and Earnings relative
to it.

As "NAM" said a few days ago. INRANGE just gave Ancor 1/3 to 1/2
its marktet cap. That is a great indicator as of the low market
cap value of this company.

The stock is a steal at these levels if you look at it from
this perspective.

Reg D selling has been huge, but their ability to manipulate the
stock is running low and I believe that one good rally like we
had with INRANGE, will dry them up.

I also believe that their is one or two long term holders in the
series B and C and they have not been selling.
