Mr. Pink, I found this article about ABTX:

"But for now, Agribiotech is a franchise value play. Short sellers, meanwhile, accumulated a 4.2 million share position in mid-August. They launched a well-coordinated attack using the Internet to spread rumors, and basically drove the shares down from 16 to 8 by screaming 'SEC investigation' and 'restatement of financials'. Totally untrue. The SEC review was in conjunction with the recent shelf registration, and Agribiotech passed with flying colors."

When they blame the short sellers for a price drop it always throws up a big red flag in my mind. I can see ABTX slipping below 5 if what the bulls claim does not come to pass.
