Irby, I agree with you. The problem as always in Canada is that there is not much competition. You mentioned Swift Trade the new day trading firm in Canada. As far as I know they are the only firm offering this type of service. So until there is more competition why would they lower their commissions.Day trading is very difficult in my opinion. You would think Swift Trade would offer cheaper rates. After all they only prosper if their clients trade and make money.
