[EPAR as a Gold Company]
September 3, 1998

Our latest report — on European American Resources — has been posted today. the company owns property in Nevada, the world's third largest gold-producing region; the stock trades today at $1 and the company has the potential of selling one of its assets at $40 per share. This is an exciting speculation.

rainman, after going over the information on their web site there is one thing that bothers me...why have they not released the results of the 90 holes drilled in the fall of 1997? It should not take a year to profide this information. Looks like they have good management so they should be aware that more specific information if needed before projecting such large numbers.

Rainman, I didn't mean to insult you when asking if this was a joke. The statements on the homepage are bizarre. They appear to me the work of a madman or a jokester. I didn't and still haven't gone further and because of that statement, don't "FEEL" right about the company. So much for the attempt to instill confidence, first impressions are difficult to overcome.

Cheers, Jon
