NBR: GARY GOODENOUGH, BOND PORTFOLIO MANAGER, LOOMIS, SAYLES & COMPANY: I think the Federal Reserve will ease 25 to 50 basis points next week. Over the telephone, I think 50 even is more likely, given the freezing, really the freezing up of the fixed income markets and even the equity market has been extremely weak. So, I think the Fed will have to act to unfreeze the markets.

IMHO, no more interest cut. 0.25% at the most.

By the way, what is the consensus here regarding Nov. 17 meeting?
