Ancor took the best deal possible at the time they needed money.
Without the Reg D money their would be no Ancor at this point.
Why should management be blamed? Do you think that Ancor did not
try to get a floor on the shares? In my opinion they have done an
excellent job (i.e. INRANGE deal). That was an incredible deal and
will save us from future dilution.

Take advantage of the low market cap that the Reg D sellers have
given us and accumulate shares.

I don't know that I can agree with this statement. The Series C offering was well after Ken and Steve were at Ancor. The terms of this offering seem quite a bit more favorable to the buyers than the Series B terms. I hope this reflects their desperation for new funding rather than their ability to negotiate with the big boys.
