<<I won't jump out a window.>>

Ken, you can always install new, larger basement windows so you can fit through them. -g-

Ken, heck, nobody jumped out the window in 1974. They no longer had keys to enter the building. <G>

I'm glad that all turned out well for your prostate.

I have one organ that is trying to kill me. It always wants to commit assault with a friendly weapon and only my mighty will power holds it back. <VBG>

ken, check out enterthezone.com . depending on the ratio of carbs, proteins and fats (preferrably monounsaturated) your body provides a hormonal response that can either work for or against your overall health. fascinating subject. by keeping my insulin in a fairly tight zone i 1. feel much better (color vs b&w), 2. my metabolism doubles and 3. i lose fat while gaining muscle mass much more quickly than i otherwise would (and did when i was younger).

it has been very beneficial for me and, amazingly, is a very moderate eating plan.

good luck.
