At the first signs of strength, these stocks will begin their move. The best time to buy is when stocks are being sold without regard to price. IMO, that opp was this past week. It's anyone's e guess if we'll see this again. BK BTW, look for INTC to handily beat estimates. They've already come out and said as much. If INTC and other semis rise, it's highly unlikely we'll pierce the lows already set.
