drakes, sentiment readings are all well and good if the bearish sentiment is misplaced. If you were in a movie theater that was burning down and everyone had decided that leaving might be a good idea, would you want to buck the crowd? Sometimes the herd is correct.

There's a lot of small caps trading below book value/cash (I noticed John's thread). With the Nasdaq down 30% its seems like a good place to pick up some long term investments. And if the market rebounds strongly - you can always take the profits.
Did anyone notice that the central banks in the UK, Spain, Ireland and Portugal have followed the Fed in lowering interest rates. Will the DeutshesBank follow? What's the sentiment in Germany? From what I read the consensus is to introduce a "weak" EuroDollar - so it seems possible. The Japanese have to do something with the strength the Yen has been showing.
Will any of these developments be enough to reignite the world economy and get PNDA back over $5?
