Hi, Anthony

"The lawsuit is actually part of the Scam...How did D0-Do brain conclude in one day that the company was dragging it's feet...Doesn't sound right...."

I agree, it doesn't smell right that they were sued in under 48 hours for "dragging their feet." It's like there is a law that all mergers have to be taken to completion within 24 hours of beginning negotiations.

It does look like part of a Scam... but whose scam? Either longs or shorts could benefit with short-term manipulation of share price. A lot of people are saying that it is Ed Cohen, but I don't get that. The value of all the shares he holds are only going to get nailed long term if there is a scam acquisition offer, and any of his sales have to be reported to the SEC. There's no way that he sold anything during the acquisition share price spike. I don't see how it can be Ed Cohen. Any other ideas?
