I need some help

I dont know how harris county (houston) handles their appraisals..and when I lived there it was in an apartment...

so

if you have appraised value and market value the same....is that what the house is worth..fair market value..???? or do you have to use some kind of multiplier

btw, there is a good site for getting records for harris county

This guy is an idiot (Prechter that is). He doesn't seem to be taking inflation (or any other real economic variable) into account. The Dow hit 50 in 1932. If the GDP deflator then was 100 it is about 1350 now. Multiply 50*13.5=675.

So if we assume that all the economic growth since 32 is wiped out the Dow should still be at 675. The level of economic activity is now about 9 times at least that in 32. The Dow stocks have though been a shrinking part of the economy. But even if we suffer a great depression type crash the Dow will be significantly above 1000.
