Reposted from Mark Shroeder's post... READ --- Update from Roger Templeton: Roger and Jimmy are working hard, DGIV is actively pursuing all the MOU's(none has been cancelled) and newsletter has NOT been discontinued. Here is his e-mail. **** **** **** I have been trying to get a line out of LA to return your call this afternoon, but it seems that PacBell is having a problem and I've been getting "all circuits busy" all afternoon! Anyway, I suspect the questions you have are the same as are in your email to me. (I've been on deadline on a couple of projects and have not been able to go through e-mail till now. My apologies.) In answer to your questions, I can say that each of the relationships that have been announced at the MOU stage are actively being pursued. A lot of work has been put to moving the German initiative ahead over the past few weeks, for example. We're prioritizing those areas that appear to be able to both close soonest and start delivering revenue-producing traffic the earliest. Sorry, but I'm under STRICT instructions not to make "forward looking" estimations of events or revenues, though. As to what our plan is to see the stock price increase, the only action that we can take legally that will have a favorable effect on the price of the stock is to build the business. In other words, concentrate on finalizing contracts and work on those deals that will produce revenues or significant capital coming into the Company. When "done deals" are announced, the current bleak emotion will swing around, I believe, and there will hopefully be more buying interest in the stock. But that isn't "value". Real value underlying the stock comes from building the business. Oh, and the newsletter hasn't been "discontinued", it's just been on hiatus of late. I hope this answers some of your questions. Yours, Roger Templeton Digitcom
