Monty, it will require further investment on our part, this time with strict conditions on how the money is used. I think they now have a sense that they have to try harder, and that the crooks that stole the $ the first time around have to go. Once the whole deal gets off the ground there is just a massive number of people that will be contributing to the global economic system. Everybody wins. Vitas
