RE: Projects

Exxon's Diana/Hoover project is going forward. Shallow water portion (from shore @ Freeport out to -360') of contract award is rumored to be in final stages. This is a major pipeline construction contract for GOM - whoever wins will show sizeable backlog going into '99. Supposedly GLBL, JRM, HOFF & TCMS are in the running for portions of the work. Allseas already has deep pipeline awarded.

Regards.

MikefromLa, Yes you are correct. $15/bbl WTI equivalent is the price then discounted by your desired rate of return and present worthed back to today's dollars upon which major e&p projects are calculated...

Sincerely,

Doug from Noodle Dome.
