when you win your bet, perhaps you can take that wager money and give us an "internet" party...since winning the bet means you won't need that "pocket change" :))))

Sam, it seems the vast majority of shareholders have taken their chips off the table on this one, which is why the price has slid so low.

The "bets" have been placed already, and anyone who still holds the stock appears to be on the losing end. I would no more bet with someone online than bet on an "internet gaming" site and hope they would send me my winnings when I got done playing.

If Coffee Pot bet you a grand, I'm just hoping he can collect. Sounds like easy money if he can.

AT&T already has Internet telephony entry into 140 countries. How long can "Where's Jimmy?" Chin afford to wait to catch up?

Sam,

Thanks for the offer..

I have no inclination to invest or trade DGIV at this time.

Good Luck with your endeavors,

Jane with messy hair

OT,,

price of over $2 per share (pre split) maintainable for any 10 consecutive day period
(Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) within the given time frame (120 days) ending Feb.
12,1999 (2.) a signed revenue generating contract with DGIV as recipient to receive any
portion of said revenues before January 2000. This revenue generating contract must be
signed within 120 days of October 9 1998.

If the above two conditions (1.) (2.) are not met Sam Lee agrees to credit account # (to be
filled in at a later date) $250.00 through a money wire transaction the following day after
the 180 day period has transpired or Feb. 13,1999. If the above conditions are met, I agree
to credit Sam Lee the amount of $250.00 through money wire or cashiers check to said
account the following day after DGIV has maintained the required share price listed in (1.)
and conditions listed in (2.) of the above paragraph.

By making a public statement of agreement ( I agree) both parties agree to abide fully by
the terms and conditions listed in the above non negotiable contract.
