Hello Ed, I think SKI is caught in a debt death spiral,there seems to be no support,closed at 5 3/16 down from an IPO of 18 a year or so ago. I actually feel for Les, he has lost a boatload on this venture so far..it is interesting to note that there is an insider who has been buying millions of shares..Don't know who he is though (shows on Yahoo insiders)..DD PS: there is a ton of convertible debt,one wonders if they can ever pay even a percentage of it off...42mm won't go to far<g>..the cash bonfire has been raging....
