Will Leverage Cause the Financial World to Blow Up?

Yes I already read it. Lucretius and me spend a lot of time on the "Stock Market Bubble", "Waiting for the Big Kahuna" and "Millenium Crash" etc. threads.

That's why we're so pessimistic....

They've got part of it right, but they are wrong on other things. The US is going reinflate the world, as the dolalr will get shredded and we actually see rampant inflation over the next few years. Gold (as the leading indicator of coming inflation) has bottomed and is now headed up... Check the XAU. The inflation will be a result of the US printing money like it is going out of style.

the funny thing about DELL is that while their JIT is great during periods of defaltion... it SUCKS when prices are rising... LOL!!! Throw in a recession/depression resulting from widespread stock mkt lossesa nd you get DELLheads in a permanent state of shock. Take a look at the oil driller charts from last Oct till now and accelerate the process by 10x and extrapolate to DELL.. what do you get? I get 3 by next Summer.

STAY short and hold for the L-T.
