Gambler,

The short version is that it a ranking mechanism which is the product of the strength of the 200 day MA and the "off direction" move of the stock. To better rank them, divide by 40 and you have MM and CCE in the same category.

On the UP side, you have DELL, CSCO and LU in the undervalued... could move strongly UP category.

But I am just paying attention to the downers until the weakness goes away.
