Under the partnership, LGS will develop and manage the provincial Register of Personal and Moveable Real Rights, accessible through Internet. In an effort to better protect the consumer, the Justice Department is expanding the current law to allow the registration of these items. Earlier legislation provided only for the registration of real estate.
