It is a terrible thing when rumors are spread about a company or their stock. Especially when they are unfounded and spread with a purpose to manipulate the price. I am sure you would join with me in also condemning those that are a part of the company and are spreading misleading information in an attempt to manipulate their stock. Certainly manufacturing a short squeeze in your own stock, or representing that you were, and failing to file timely financial statements qualifies in this regard.
