The word is, they came to ABTX with a potential suitor (they handled other seed deals in the seed sector). ABTX's asst. CFO recently joined from Novartis, Rice is from Dekalb and the company is partnered up with Mycogen (part of DOW). Lots of possibilities close to the company and in the industry. Lady
