I don't know. It's more to RNTK than it is to TX. It's real of course, or TX could sue so easily, we would hear about that pretty fast.

I think the problem lies in how RNTK formatted the press release. After "Texaco" we should have seen something like this "(NYSE:TX - news)". For a link to be established to the RNTK release from TX's news list on Yahoo, the RNTK release has to properly reference TX.

It did come up under TX. You are probably looking at Business Wire to reach that conclusion.Keep in mind that Business Wire and PR newswire are pretty worthless services. Most brokers don't even have these. They care and use only the Dow wire and Bloomberg. I have both and the news showed up under both under TX. The people we really want to see the news is the brokerage community and they saw it-both those that follow RNTK (not many yet) and those who follow TX (tons)
