FILE. David, FILE was down sharply on Thursday because they warned that they would lose about 18 cents in the third quarter. Analysts surveyed by First Call had estimated that the company would earn 14 cents. That's a very big difference and investors are not tolerant of earnings shortfalls like this in the current market environment. Still, Thursday was a very bad day for the Nasdaq and this could have exacerbated FILE's decline. My guess is that the stock will run into resistance between 8 and 9. It will likely trade in a wide range and offer some good flips but I wouldn't want to buy and hold it. Best of luck, Dan
