CIEN, good chance you might have nailed it Dave...Smoothed rate of change turned up...ADX holding at 57 for several days with no further strengthening showing downtrend losing momentum..RS is sitting at 25.316,still moving down but losing momentum...Would like to see it turn up first...Personally, I would be on sidelines waiting for further confirmation, but since you are trying to scalp, I think you should be able to pull it off, if overall market remains strong...
