in YOUR case, there is nothing wrong with it. But what about the 'newbie' that doesn't know anything about what has transpired the last 6 months ? you want them to get screwed ALSO ?? People are getting on here to learn, and they have a right to know everybody's opinions (yes they are !) of this so-called 'company' and its' 'Management', or lack of.
