<<Jack, so its your feeling that Mory will not sell for less than $70? It's my opinion, that any buyout price will be based on the market's current valuation of the stock.>>

Yes, my feeling is that Mory will not take less than $70. I base this on comments he made over 1 year ago when someone asked him what he thought about the fact that some people were very disappointed in the way ASND did not properly warn about missing earnings, got hammered on price, then got sued over it. I think Mory's comments in an interview at the time (posted on this board) were something to the effect that he "could care less what a bunch of investors think".

Granted, he thankfully got a professional CFO in Ashby to handle street relations for him, but I really think he assigns value to his company based on the technology he knows he has now and in the pipeline, and what the projections are for the buildout. I do not think he cares that the market has "repriced" stocks, and he would be fine with going it alone unless he got his number. Whether that is the right thinking on his part or not, I don't know, but he has shown that market gyrations don't sway him from his idea of what is right for ASND.

His Ascendercoaster makes me want to hurl about every 3rd day, but I'm sticking with him.
