my new system for the market, death spiral rebounds, first play IDTC
around $15.
net outflows in mutual funds far outpacing inflows, fund managers getting socked with massive redemptions, forcing them to sell holdings because they were all sitting on too little cash.
people left in fund get hit with commisions on sales to pay back first to exit the fund.
the mutual funds holdings are so large they are killing the prices on their major holdings as they are forced to liquidate positions.
funds value drops, more people head for the door starts a vicious cycle.
similar to daeth spiral in HMO's.
health ones leave, rates rise more healthy ones leave due to increased rates, all hmo is left with are the ones who were too sick to get insurance elsewhere, rates rise and rise as hmo client base
shrinks leaving only the sickest.
same thing happening in market.
IDTC 66% hel by mutual funds, forced liquidations i believe tanked share price from$28 to $13, sell off over, undervalued great entry point in $15-17 range
