exerpts from PR's on NTAH website: "Nevtah is also pleased to report that it is in negotiations with a Merchant Banking firm to complete a debenture financing. Funds will be used to place a large number of stripper wells into production and to undertake work on Matagorda Island. Closing is expected next week. " (april 14th) ...................... "In addition to the company's April 14, 1998 news release regarding the proposed debenture financing, the company would like to clarify the following items. Nevtah continues negotiations with several major European Institutions for a convertible line of credit. The company expects to complete an agreement that will include a "draw down" arrangement that will trigger conversion under certain conditions and terms at the time funds are released. The company currently has access to sufficient funds to undertake the Stripper Well Program and to continue the ongoing work program on the Matagorda Hawes Gas Field. Ellen, Offshore convert. debt...."can you document this" Get real, person. That's why they go offshore!!! Have you wondered at all why there is shares of NTAH trade each day with so little move in the price.....oh I know "the MM's are gathering shares for the next big run" or "naked shorting" go to any bb stock on the board and you will see the same thing being run. Did'nt NTAH just go through a reverse split? (another red flag) of offshore BS going on. As to the 10 news letters, here's a chance for you to make a list of links to the letters..I'd like to read them, bet they are the typical "pump and dump" penny things. Ken W
