Jeez, I thought you left. Have you actually read the proposed credit talks. Sergio quoted them for you. Europe is "offshore" draw down credit under certain conditions= means that as the co. uses money from the credit line it (company) gives the creditor more shares of stock. They sell the shares on the open market and the spiral continues on and on and on. At this point I do not think that you even understand floorless debt. Please go to Dr. Zev Head's thread. He has an excellent explination of floorless and how it is worked. You buy, buy, buy they sell sell sell and you support the entire thing.

<Can you document completion?

"In addition to the company's April 14, 1998 news release regarding the proposed
debenture financing, the company would like to clarify the following items.
Nevtah continues negotiations with several major European Institutions for a
convertible line of credit. The company expects to complete an agreement that
will include a "draw down" arrangement that will trigger conversion under
certain conditions and terms at the time funds are released. The company
currently has access to sufficient funds to undertake the Stripper Well Program
and to continue the ongoing work program on the Matagorda Hawes Gas Field. "

It says "proposed". Can you document completion?>
John, who has been in close contact with NTAH and Canyon (company IR firm) apparently did..PS: we've been through all of this before reread the 2100 area of NTAH thread.

The "share dumping" as far as I can tell...And I talked to Canyon today....Is MM
shorting....There is no, at least no one has any knowledge of, any convertible debenture
financing....The ONLY financing arrangement admitted to is a "draw down"......It is
Canyon's opinion that this is MM action, it is also mine......Personally, I think a squeeze
has developed. The 14th is reporting day for the MM's....We will see shortly....If I'm
right, this thing will boomerang to 30c VERY quickly.....If NEWS follows in short
order.......We could see at least 50c, and perhaps more by the eo/Aug......Peace

As far as I know, John has reported to this thread accurately what the IR has relayed to
him.
