The options are going down because the market volatility is decreasing the volatility premium more than the time premium.

Dennis, Hi!!! <<The last seven days sure have been tough. Friday was better but I still feel a little uneasy about the markets prospects.>> Sure this turmoil is not something anyone enjoys ...unless you are shorting in here....During "tough" times like this I just read my "bibles" and find it amusing that Dell is at these prices...I guess I will always be out of money when these cliff falling prices occur...but, this is due to my investment philosophy....I can't stop BUYING DELL when management talks about the future of this stock...I buy each time with a minimal time frame of one year...and of recent I am focusing more and more on a longer time frame...management keeps talking of the further and further distant future and this encourages me more and more to "see clearer and clearer" the picture of where Dell is going...Let's take for instance the messages alone that Mohan has been posting on China...I am seriously thinking of making a separate notebook just for these announcements...the future picture of this vast market is nothing I can even imagine....Dell is the perfect model for this area and it is already proving this....BUYING DELL TODAY IMO just for this reason alone would be a wise decision...especially if you have read what Mohan alone has released in the last month...
