old news and one insider selling significant amount does not mean much. Insider sells for many reasons.
FORE at 9.6$ is a tremendous bargain. ASX4000 ATM switch is built for the next ATM generation, csco does not even come close at this point in time. Also FORE ATM switches run ATM standard networking protocol such as PNNI which is a big advantage for large networks. Csco because of their legacy strm switches is still with old protocol that does not scale well.

you are striking a nerve. that yahoo page is useless. As I pointed out earlier you cannot determine anything from it. Onat (the O in FORE) is no longer associated with the company and sells shares like he is doing it from an atm machine (no pun intended) the other groups are mostly charities. I am quite sure the other insiders are not selling to pad their portfolio with cisco stock. As for insiders @ fore buying. Private transactions are not recorded in that yahoo page. I have a number of freinds who work for FORE and they are all buying as much as they can, some even took out loans or pulled their money out of mutual funds to do it. When I saw that I bought even more. The new asx 4000 sells for $150k to 1 mil and odds are if you buy one you are going to buy at least two (how can you do oc-48 with only 1?)
