Boom,

I think I know the rules.

1. Short REXI now.

2. Wait until they are forced to restate.

3. Watch the sheeple head for the exit.

4. Wait for it.....

5. Cover your short for a couple of bucks a share.

6. Pay taxes

Dear Mr. Boom Dog.

>>I will permit myself no exposure, at least until the strange games which someone is playing with the stock are clarified.<<

It is definitely part of the game to take a position, either long or short, if you have to earn money on the stock market. Maybe there are safer shorts, but there are not as many companies to trade in, so one can not afford to leave it out. Like FP or SRCM, or SPLN on other threads, you could imagine what you leave on the table if you leave out some major picks.

Regarding Pluvia's postings about accounting details. It is absolutely necessary to post details on this thread:

There are many other threads with long, or to compare it with this one, short "picks". I personally read thru piles of messages crying fire here and there, but without delivering a sound story or even worse facts presented - and replies, citing the lack of any reasons or fundamentals applied, so I apprechiate proovable facts, but still do my own DD.

At least, you have to concede that amongst other facts, Pluvia's contribution had the effect on you that you sucessfully avoided the stock, when you might have it bought otherwise, based on some pony stories other places.

Greetings

C.
